Anyone else wanna have a go? It’s a bit of a fucking joke isn’t it? Upon hearing of this case and the fact that I have faced packed
courtrooms of enemies against me, on my own and without any help, one person asked me: “did they line up to take shots?”
Once I have issued my claim in the Central Criminal Courts, these names will all be filled in and so there won’t be any hiding
away. Nobody is going to be ‘getting away’ with anything.
If you’re reading this and thinking - I wonder if i’m on that list - then yes - you are on the list and you will be included. I will be
sending the details of the claim to every Government minister of every Government I can find. I already have all of the email
details of every minister of the European Parliament, every minister of the French Senate and many of the ministers of the US
Senate. I’ve notified the FBI, Interpol, United Nations, and I will notify every foreign diplomat I can find. You all thought it would
be done behind closed doors and the world wouldn’t find out. Well fuck YOU.
All defendants are guilty of at least one or more of the following:
1.
Lack of mitigating circumstances - there isn’t any lawful reason why they committed the offences - they chose to do it through
greed, jealousy and for profit.
2.
Failure to reconcile or co-operate.
3.
Causing further degree of harm from continuing to sell the offending articles, continuing to conceal evidence, continuing the
conspiracy, even as of now.
4.
High Level of Culpability for continuing the offences over a prolonged period of time and attempting to conceal the offences
and dispose of evidence.
5.
High Level of Harm of actual loss caused to the claimant (me).
In light of the above and in accordance with sentencing guidelines, the damages each defendant would be liable for exceeds
minimum sentences of 4 years in prison plus an unlimited fine for EACH OFFENCE - there are dozens of them and
thousands of transactions of counterfeiting.

I claim upto 150m pounds in damages for 17 granted patents, over 100 patent applications and worldwide market leading
products, established brands, over 140 designs, copyrights and trademarks not to mention the damage done to my health and
destruction of my human life. Starting point 7 years’ custody for each offence - and there are at least 20 with upto hundreds of
counts of each one.
